A business is made up of systems. Systems that, when you go home and sleep, they can still make your business profitable. If you are a business owner and you are the magic, you're only making money when you're up and working; i.e. you own your job, and there isn't as much freedom in that as some would have you believe.
A business itself needs to have systems set up and in place. Systems that are so simple, they're duplicatible.
Now if you're a self-employed individual nothing is wrong with that, if that's what you want. But if you want to have more free time, independence, and profitability. You need to put systems in place.
