K.I.S.S.

     The K.I.S.S. methodology. Keep It Simple Stupid, is one of the abbreviations for that acronym. The beauty of complex things is in how simple they really are. Ray Kroc, who purchased McDonald's from the McDonald brothers understood that mentality when he created what we now know to be the franchise system.
     In all that you do in your business. Keep it so simple that you can, in a single sentence or two, describe exactly each individual part of your business.
     Keep it simple.
